Remote Invigilation
Our Remote Invigilation solution allows learners to sit their exams in a safe environment, staying on-track with their qualification throughout the COVID-19 pandemic and beyond.
What is Remote Invigilation?
Remote Invigilation allows learners to take their examination from a quiet, internet-enabled room in their home (or other chosen location) with a remote invigilator using an online conferencing system (Zoom or Jitsi) and our online test platform.
The Invigilator must be able to see the candidate, their environment, and either see or record their computer at all times during the assessment. The assessment must be completed under exam conditions.
Please note: Remote Invigilation can only be used in conjunction with 澳门六合彩内幕资料 online assessments and systems. Remote Invigilation cannot be used for traditional paper-based examinations.
Remote Invigilation Options
We offer a range of Remote Invigilation options:
- Centre Observe, Record and Review (ORR) - Your centre can permit up to 20 learners to sit an exam at once with a representative from your centre present. The exam session will be recorded, and the recording will then be reviewed by 澳门六合彩内幕资料
- Centre Invigilation (1:1) – Use your own invigilators to invigilate an exam with one learner remotely. The exam session will be recorded for quality assurance by 澳门六合彩内幕资料.
- 澳门六合彩内幕资料 Observe Record and Review (ORR) – Your centre can permit up to 20 learners to sit an exam at once with a representative from 澳门六合彩内幕资料 present. The exam session will be recorded, and the recording will then be reviewed by 澳门六合彩内幕资料
- 澳门六合彩内幕资料 Invigilation (1:1) – An 澳门六合彩内幕资料 invigilator will invigilate an exam with one learner remotely. The session will be recorded for quality assurance by 澳门六合彩内幕资料.
Remote Invigilation Cost
The Centre set up fee is only applicable for Centres that wish to perform their own 1:1 invigilation. This charge will cover an unlimited number of learners for 6 months over any applicable qualifications.
