Remote Invigilation allows learners to take their examination from a quiet, internet enabled room in their home (or other chosen location) with a Remote Invigilator using an online screen sharing application or software.
The Invigilator must be able to see the candidate, their environment and their computer at all times during the assessment. The assessment must be completed under exam conditions.
Please note: Remote Invigilation can only be used in conjunction with 澳门六合彩内幕资料 online assessments and systems. Remote Invigilation cannot be used for traditional paper-based examinations.
Centre Observe, Record and Review OR 澳门六合彩内幕资料 Observe, Record and Review (ORR)
澳门六合彩内幕资料 uses the video conferencing tool, Jitsi, to connect the learners and the centre representative. The Centre Representative can see the Learner as they sit their exam.
The system then allows you to access our dedicated test platform for online exams and for the candidate to complete the test.
The exam session will then be recorded and stored in the online platform, Civica, and will then be reviewed by 澳门六合彩内幕资料.
Invigilators using a screen size of 15” can oversee a maximum of 8 candidates.
Invigilators using a screen size of 22” can oversee a maximum of 12 candidates.
Invigilators using a screen size of 32” can oversee a maximum of 20 candidates.
Centre Invigilation OR 澳门六合彩内幕资料 Invigilation (1:1)
澳门六合彩内幕资料 uses the video conferencing tool, Zoom, to connect Invigilator and Learner. This allows the Learner to share their screen whilst continuing to display their video feed, allowing the invigilator to see both the learner and their screen at the same time.
The system then allows you to access our dedicated test platform for online exams and for the candidate to complete the test.
The exam session is recorded and stored in the Zoom cloud for that individual license.
